AirBnB Continues to Slowly Enter “Real Estate”

A few piece of news to note on the AirBnB front…

  1. Partnered on an apartment complex optimized for home sharing. This gets them one step closer to being a major player in rentals, a trend I’ve written about a couple timesVia FastCompany.
  2. Starting tackling home improvements. Via TheInformation.com.
  3. They are going to start curating homes with AirBnB Select (coming next year). Via Engadget.
  4. Launched an API program (for hosts, not the demand side of the market). Via ProductHunt.

What are they going to do next?
