The purpose of Geek Estate’s mastermind community is two fold:
- Curate the most incredible and diverse membership of real estate innovators, creatives, doers, and creators in the world.
- Make our members wildly successful in their careers building real estate companies.
In this week’s member newsletter (#24), I shared a creative approach to developing brand loyalty as well as Trulia doubling down on places (some of my thoughts on the “local expert opportunity” are here).
In my “non-industry reads” section, one article included was New Luxury Hotel Will Be 200 Miles Up and $792,000 a Night by Justin Bachman in Bloomberg Pursuits. Another was Uber Acquires Bikeshare Startup JUMP, which I believe we’ll look back on as a turning point in Uber’s shift to becoming a full urban mobility platform.
