What do you do?
I provide tenant background checks and educational resources to landlords and property managers.
What problem does your product/service solve?
A bad tenant can be a nightmare because the average tenant eviction costs about $3,500. My service helps our clients weed out bad tenant applicants so they can find the right person for their rental property. My company helps landlords sleep better at night.
What are you most excited about right now?
I’ve placed a high focus on building community. In the last year our private Facebook Group has grown from 200 members to over 6,000. This group is a constant source of helpful advice for landlords & property managers.
What’s next for you?
I recently partnered with SmartMove to expand our services. Now we’re focused on growing our API clients as we can offer SmartMove via our API. We check all the compliance boxes for a Consumer Reporting Agency and make it easy to plug into a trust screening service.
What’s a cause you’re passionate about and why?
Last year my company sponsored our Marketing Director’s bike ride across NYS. 100% of proceeds raised go towards cancer research at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
